Year 8 is a crucial stage in your child’s journey—an important year of growth, development, and transition. As pupils move further into their St. Bede’s journey, they begin to face new challenges both academically and personally. It is during this time that many young people begin to form their identities, grow in independence, and navigate the emotional and social changes that come with becoming a teenager.

At St Bede’s, the Year 8 team plays a key role in supporting students through this important phase. We are committed to nurturing not only your child’s academic progress, but also their emotional well-being, personal development, and social confidence. Each Prep Tutor builds strong, positive relationships with their students, recognising and responding to their individual needs.
